R&B singer Vesta Williams was unfortunately found dead in her L.A. hotel room yesterday. The 80s R&B diva was responsible for such hits as Congratulations, Once Bitten, Twice Shy and You Make Me Want To (Love Again). She was 48-years-old.
No details explaining the circumstances of her death have been released yet, however many of her famous friends have sent their condolences via Twitter in remembrance of their friend (see below).

UPDATE: The police have announced that "several bottles" of prescription pills were found on the scene at Vesta's hotel. Her death is now being treated as either an accident or suicide. Homocide is not being considered.
