Alec Baldwin Plays Rick Perry For SNL's GOP Debates

SNL is back!!

SNL is always fabulous during times of political turmoil — and last night was no exception!

This one (above) called Either The 7th or 8th GOP Debate, is HIGHlarious!

After introducing the candidates — Mitt Romney (Jason Sudeikis) and Rick Perry (host Alec Baldwin) — the moderator Shepard Smith (Bill Hader) pretty much ignores the other "six people who will never be president but showed up anyway." LOL!

We had a hunch that this season of Saturday Night Live was going to be great.

If their premiere episode is any indication, we were totes right!!

"we were totes right"? As in, you brought the right purse to carry your totables? Or are you trying too hard to create a new hip phase like, 'FETCH". Mario, you are totally CLUELESS. As for Alec, do you mean to tell me that his career thrived under two terms of Bush?

It wasn't that great Perez. SNL hasn't been good since the 90's early 2000's the cast needs a serious revamping there's no talent. and Kristen wiig can't carry everyone on her shoulders

How did Baldwin stay sober long enough to get through the skit ?

Re: MR Pete – Mario has been focusing on the East Coast since his "Bookie Tour". Just like all of the new perez posse members popped up during the tour with identical comments. Fake accounts and so pathetic.

Guess I'm in the minority, I thought it was hilarious. I loved the Bachmann part and the Santorum part (being from PA).

You know the really funny thing? How those watching and laughing at it are forming real political opinions about it from the show. And even funnier, most of those moronic lemmings are probably out of work!!!! HA!!!

Re: Jenny65 – Do you mean moronic lemmings who believe that Palin said she could see Alaska from her house? It was said by Tina Fey in an impersonation. Regardless, millions of imbeciles believe that Palin actually made this statement. Or the millions of with an IQ deficit who vote but cannot name the Vice president, Speaker of the House or 4th grade political teachings about how the government is supposed to work?
