Tom Cruise Katie Holmes Scientology Super Power Building

Designed to awaken members' super powers, the Church of Scientology is putting their finishing touches on the The Super Power Building.

This will be the place to go if you want to enhance any of your 57 perceptics (powers that scientologists claim to possess).

A spokesman for the Church states:

[Super Power training is] a series of spiritual counseling processes designed to give a person back his own viewpoint, increase his perception, exercise his power of choice, and greatly enhance other spiritual abilities.

Created within the mind of founder L. Ron Hubbard himself, he claimed this energy mecca would:

…put scientologists into a new realm of ability enabling them to create the new world. It puts the world clearing within reach in the future.

Yeah, whatever that means…

The Super Power Building has cost $90 million to make. The futuristic castle of gyms boasts 889 rooms, NASA-esque training equipment, 42 bathrooms, a dining room that seats 1,140, and an outdoor terrace that would put even the Titanic to shame.

So we guess we'll be seeing Tom Cruise in the sky soon enough, huh? HA!

OH! Bee tee dub! This thing is in Florida!

WTF!?! How much will the Hollywood followers have to fly back and forth til they become superheroes???

I hope that $90M includes a budget for all Scientologists to get matching flame red unitards with ski goggles so we'll know who the superfreaks are on sight.

  4. 4

    When will they have superpowers?
when your finances are drained and you sign over your first born into Sea Org servitude..and your praising Louis Farrakhan

No one is nuttier than a rich person-or a person who wants to rub elbows with a rich person!

I can think of 90 million better things that money could be spent on!

The "capitol" for Scientology is in Clearwater, Fl. There are a lot of Hollywood people involved in Scientology, but if you want to go to their "university", you have to go to Florida. It is absurd to spend 90 mill on a building to gain super powers, but they have been building it for awhile, so this isn't really anything new.

What's really really tragic and repulsive about this is that I'm sure much of the $90 million came from the brainwashed underlings that gave thier life savings to the cult only to be allowed to act as servants for the celebrity members. Most of them probably won't even be allowed into the "club." The celebrity members should be prosecuted for fraud, abuse and human trafficking.

As Joe Rogan said… there are stupid people in this world, that we shouldn't feel bad about. Example: people who buy big dick pills from the back of a magazine. If there was a real big dick pill do you think it would be in the back of a weekly magazine? Religion is another prime example no one has the answer, but a lot of people pretend to.

No matter how good an actor Cruise ,Travolta , Kilmer etc, are. I could never pay to go see one of their movies again. It just feels like by buying tickets, that I am helping to support a cultist way of life. In my heart I couldn't do that. The "religion" reminds me too much of the Branch Davidians, the People's Temple and Heaven's Gate. All 3 groups leaders finally asked them to commit suicide. All believed they had super powers.
