April 2012 Will See The Opening Of Ghost The Musical!

Ghost The Musical April

April 23rd, 2012, to be exact!

That's when Ghost the Musical will be opening in Lunt-Fontanne Theater, which is now showing The Addams Family.

Here's a little about it (and it sounds stacked with talent):

Bruce Joel Rubin, who won an Oscar for his Ghost screenplay, has written the book and some lyrics to accompany the music and lyrics of Eurythmics’ Dave Stewart and Grammy-winning producer Glen Ballard. Tony winner Matthew Warchus (God of Carnage, La Bête) will continue directing the production as it carries over from London’s West End. Previews begin in March.

Sounds like they can't really miss, here!

Let's hope it's good!

I saw it in London on July 3, it was pretty fantastic. Best special effects I've ever seen in a west end or broadway musical, and some of the ballads really pull at your heartstrings. I hope they keep a majority of the London cast, especially Cassie who does a phenomenal job as Molly.
