Four new movies came out this weekend. None of them are in the top three spots at the box office.

This weekend, Dolphin Tale came in at the #1 spot, bringing in $14.2 million, followed close behind by Brad Pitt's acclaimed flick Moneyball, which brought in $12.5 million. Staying strong despite being 17 years old is The Lion King, who edged out the competition again with another $11.1 million made.

As we said, the newbies didn't do as well. 50/50 with Seth Rogen and Joseph Gordon-Levitt grossed an estimated 8.9 million, Daniel Craig's Dream House opened to No. 6 with $8.2 million, and falling way behind what was anticipated for it, What’s Your Number? with Anna Faris opened to No. 8 with $5.6 million.

That was certainly not the number they were hoping for this weekend! Oh well!

THIS MOVIE LOOKS TOO PREDICTABLE LIKE ALL OF THESE NEW STUPID MOVIES. I BET HER #20 GUY IS THE GUY HELPING HER TRACK DOWN HER EX'S, AND THEY FALL IN LOVE. THE END. OR SHE'S LYING ABOUT ALL THE EX'S AND THEN FINDS TRUE LOVE. AWWW. BUT, WHAT HAPPENED TO HER FACE??? YIKES! GO BACK TO THE "HOT CHICK" FACE

I saw Whats Your Number last night and really liked it. The script is really good, I think a lot of people have been put off because the story is such standard rom-com stuff and they know how its going to end. Its worth it though as its just so funny. Most of those other movies aren't out here in the UK yet.

Naturally, you didn't mention "Courageous", which came in fourth despite only being in 1,100ish theaters. It was an emotionally intense, heartbreaking, and heartwarming movie. Congrats to everyone involved and thank you for encouraging family…rare in Hollywood.
