    Uhm, wikipedia (I know it's not always reliable) says he was friends with B.J. Novak since they were kids. Why is that not mentioned in relation to his experience in getting a part on The Office?

    The very crux of your writing while appearing reasonable initially, did not really settle perfectly with me personally after some time. Somewhere throughout the sentences you were able to make me a believer but just for a short while. I nevertheless have a problem with your jumps in logic and one might do well to help fill in all those gaps. When you can accomplish that, I will undoubtedly end up being fascinated.
