tim robbins supports occupy wall street protestors

Hey Tim! Your ex Susan Sarandon was in the area recently too! Did you get a chance to catch up?

Check out the photo (above) of Tim Robbins speaking to Occupy Wall Street protesters earlier this week at NYC's Foley Square.

Michael Moore must be proud.

Stay safe!

These people are largely former 60s hippies and slacker pothead 20-somethings who cannot articulate what their movement is about (as an article in USA Today revealed).

"There will be, in the next generation or so, a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude, and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel by propaganda or brainwashing, or brainwashing enhanced by pharmacological methods. And this seems to be the final revolution." — Aldous Huxley, Tavistock Group, California Medical School, 1961

Oh come on now…I totally support the OWS protest, (it's LONG overdue) but they need to not bring pet b/s projects like legalizing pot into it. Seeing those signs makes it all that much more difficult to take them seriously. It's like there were SOME tea partiers who had a decent message they wanted to send, but they were totally overshadowed and taken over by the idiots and the racists holding up signs, and the people holding up anti-choice signs with dead fetuses on them, and gay marriage opponents, etc. The OWS protesters need to at least be cohesive enough to make the protest about Wall Street's greed and how they need to start making an effort to HELP HEAL this country.
