Nicki Minaj Contemplated Suicide
Nicki Minaj just recently opened up on how she thought about suicide when things weren't going so well for her. So sad, but we are SO HAPPY that she didn't hurt herself!
Here's her thoughts on why:
“I kept having doors slammed in my face. I felt like nothing was working. I had moved out on my own, and here I was thinking I’d have to go home. It was just one dead end after another. At one point, I was, like, ‘What would happen if I just didn’t wake up?’ That’s how I felt. Like maybe I should just take my life?’”
We would hope that it would never actually come to that, Nicki, even if you didn't end up being the huge star that you are.
Trust us when we say that we are so glad you're here, and you're making music, doing the things you love, for the people you love! Hopefully nothing will ever be that dark again!
