Well, yeah! No matter what the reason, not waking up next to that piece of manly magic is a tough blow to deal with.
Scarlet Johansson gave a very candid interview to German magazine GALA, and in this coming issue she discusses the taboo topic of her failed marriage to Ryan Reynolds. She admitted to the mag that she was "quite depressed" after the couple split, relying on her close girlfriends, her twin brother Hunter and her 89-year-old grandmother Dorothy to help her get through the the tough time. She added that after about a week of sulking, she started going to the gym all the time to work the sadness out of her.
While she was forthcoming with her own journey after the divorce, she still was hush-hush about what exactly happened that made them split up. She would only say:
"That question is too personal. I will only tell you this: I can be overcritical — with myself and with other people. And I don't compromise."
Well that tell us … nothing. Except maybe that Ryan didn't live up to an expectiation she had, which if that is the case, all we have to say is WHAT?!
That can't be possible! Have you met this guy?! Have you SEEN this guys?! He's the most handsome, boy-next-door, funny sexpot we've ever laid eyes on! No, no! We're mystified by this idea that he could be anything but the perfect spouse.
There, we said it.
