Lindsay's Probation Nightmare! A Blow By Blow Account Of What Went Wrong!!!

Oh shiz!!!!! This just got REAL!!!

This morning, Lindsay Lohan appeared before Judge Stephanie Saunter to answer for some serious violations against her probation. As we mentioned earlier this morning, Judge Saunter was PISSED that Lindsay went against her specific orders to work at the Downtown Women's Center and started a new service with a Red Cross.

Right off the bat, the judge reamed Lindsay out, saying that she caused herself to get booted from the woman's Center, and that no one has the power to change her sentence, meaning changing community service opportunities, but her! The Caroline Manzo of judges went further to say that all the hours she clocked at the Red Cross are null and void and that she will be pulled from that program and put to work in the morgue, which was part of her original sentence.

But Sautner didn't stop there. Then she went after Lindsay with her inconsistency in attending Shoplifter's Alternative. She essentially scoffed at her finishing the program, since she went last night to complete it. She THEN called LiLo out on supposedly being able to see her shrink IN PERSON every week, when she told the program she couldn't attend for a period of time because she was in Europe! SNAP!

Judge Sautner turned to pure gold when it was Shawn Holley's turn to try and "defend" Lindsay's position on all of these issues, claiming that Lindsay did most of what she's required to do, including working at the Women's center. She called having this hearing premature, saying Lindsay has a year to finish the rest of her community service and following a recommendation from the probation office, the Women's Center is willing to take her back following her completion of service at the morgue.

However, Judge Saunter pointed out that these current violations are just part of a loooooong list of violations between her original Beverly Hills case to now and that giving her so many chances is doing a disservice to her and to the courts. In response to one of Holley's retorts, she simple said:

"She's complying with all the conditions, except - whoops - the sentence."

Finally, the Judge stood firm and insisted that Lindsay was given the benefit of the doubt the last time she appeared in the court and that she would not be getting the same leniency again. The judge revoked Lindsay's probation and set a hearing on November 2 which could determine if Lindsay goes to jail.

That was just … WOW! After watching Judge Sautner go after Lindsay like that, laying down the law as NO ONE has done before, we think by Thanksgiving, LiLo will be eating turkey behind bars!

P.S. - Quote of the Day: "She is supposed to be an actress, from what I hear." LOL

Well I quite frankly didn't believe that Lindsay would get anything more than a slap on the wrist. I actually like what the judge did … makes for great drama.

  2. 2

    well damn lol

Will you be this obnoxious and gleeful if something happens to her?

  4. 4

i really hope she goes to jail…maybe she'll finally wake up!!!!!!!!!

  5. 5

Whats very stunning is when I heard that she works to support her family, amazed ! You got to be kidding me! Why is that? Are they not capable of working? They actually sponge off her ? And he her father constantly drags her under a bus? Crazy this is just crazy

    6

Demi Lovato needs to punch this LiLo in her bitchface.

  7. 7

Jail will probably save her life.

  8. 8

This is ridiculous. She has a year left to complete it. No one gets thrown in jail before the time they had to complete it for not completing it. I understand reading her the riot act, but even the probation department says it is premature.

  9. 9

and she'll be out in 3…2….

  10. 10

Mario probably masturbated several times after hearing what happened.

  11. 11

She's probably going to kill her self or die young like Amy Winehouse and you are going to feel like shit for actually being happy that she is in a bad place in life. Or mabye you wont, because you don't have a heart. Seriously, you don't.

  12. 12

She will be out of jail in an hour.

  13. 13

I cannot help but think that if people/the system imosed consequences early on, much of this could have been avoided. Its just sad all the way around……Lindsay needs rehad and then serious theraputic help for a substantial (1 year or more) period of time and stay away from those who now.

  14. 14

Bullied into submission. The girl obviously has problems — the constant harassment of trivial lawsuits -arrests - lawyers etc… Lindsey is being used to set as an example and its for the self serving political gain of the judge who will more then likely be remembered for her actions during re-election. This does nothing to help Lindsey's problem which the judge herself says exist - how can anyone attempt to battle their demons knowing the media and a judge is out to get you. Where is the compassion here? Its just the American way — beat down and bullied -she has a disease people - it is a life threatening disease Get off of it people!

  15. 15

they will just pay off the judge and when the next court hearing comes up magically there will be another judge in charge. that's how it happens in all of these celeb cases.

  16. 16

Notice how she is trying to conceal her hands? All the attention lately on her decaying teeth & the stains on her fingers and hands must be getting to her. You cant keep trying to hide Lindsay. Drug addiction is comsuming and it's just a matter of time before she takes this "seriously" head on and gets help once and for all or…. I think we all know what the other outcome is. Very sad.

Poor girl. She used to be beautiful and I always thought she was a pretty good actress. Watching a life fall apart may be entertaining for some but its really just darn sad when you think about how she used to be.

  18. 18

Sadly I think the excessive blush(makeup) is because her face, eyes were so puffy from alcohol, from seeing the last pictures…oops way to over compensate. ) ; I know Mario would never do this!!!!! But would you not give Her dad press, w/ his statements over this, he has damaged her enough, right? I think they should Jail him.
Caroline Manzo can barely speak in complete sentences or bad cliche's why would you equate that w/ the judge?

  19. 19

    Re: nums – Agree.

Re: Foofalina – Please let me explain this to you simply.

    1) Part of her probation was to be served at the Downtown Women's Center
    2) She was "fired" from the Downtown Women's Center, therefore can not serve her probation at the Women's Center, therefore can not fulfill her probation as described by the court. The probation department does not have the authority to change her probation location without the court's consent. They didnt get it.
    3) "Not being fulfilled" is not a legal reason to not show up to your probation.
    4) The court said that she must attend "in person", therapy. She willfully refused to obey that. While if she was "working" there would have be a legitimate reason for her to "phone it in", she did not peition the court. She has therefore violated her probation beyond repair there as well.

    To recap:
    A) She can not fulfill her probation at the womens center within a year because she is no longer welcome there, because of her own doing.
    B) She violated the part of her probation as it relates to therapy.

The rub is all she had to do was have her lawyer petition the court with her reasons to not want to continue with the Womens Center and wait for an answer. Same with the ability to have therapy over the phone, but she didnt. Period.

Stop being an apologist for someone who has had more chances than a normal person to fulfull the "gifts" that have been given to her by the court.

  21. 21

Re: mommy913 – Shut the fuck up. It's not a disease to skip out on your responsibilites you idiot. She was mandated to see a shrink once a week, how is not doing that a disease???? For christ sakes, she has been blowing off the law, probably litterally too, and has never had to pay for it. Time to pay up for this skank, just like the rest of us would.

  22. 22

Again, Perez, you need to fire this boyfriend of yours, I mean, writer, he can't compose a paragraph not to mention all the typos…

  23. 23

Re: nums – She has no one to blame but herself. I fail to find that sad. I find it stupid. She's had tons more chances than a "normal" person would get because she's a celebrity. Still, she thinks she's above it all and that she shouldn't have consequences for the laws she broke and the disrespect to the legal system. I hope she goes to jail for a good long time.

  24. 24

Just so very sad that she has not opened her eyes.

  25. 25

This judge can ream her all she wants but there are actual no consequences backing up the talk which is why Lohan never takes any of it seriously. She knows she'll never be put in jail for any significant period of time and I doubt yelling will be enough to get her to comply. It hasn't worked so far.

  26. 26

Why should she do the right thing when there are no real bad consequence to all of her wrong doings. If she goes to jail, maybe pitbull will write another song and use her name? That would be super!

  27. 27

Its about time but not like she willlearn. It will still be poor Lindsey everyone is out to get her. . . But maybe in jail she could find a nice lady to help her with her makeup. Good Lord she looks like SHIT was she going for a zombie look?

  28. 28

Well well… maybe the staff at the center had preconceived notions like the rest of you. We don't know what happened nor all the facts - we can only assume … Lets recall how this all began. Lindsey was arrested for shoplifting - then the owner of the store set out for personal profit exploiting the situation. And yes Linds attorney could have filed the appropriate motions and had her community service re-assigned but she did not - as a competent attorney she has her reasons. The point being - how can anyone say that ALL of the events that have transpired benefit Lindsey in her recovery. Again - some low life douche exploits the situation by having her served with another lawsuit - come off it. I just adopted a dog - he has severe behavioral problems from years of abuse - I bet anyone of you as well as this judge would jump at the opportunity to kick it if given a chance! Judge is a crazy old pissed off woman looking to profit by political gain by all you haters. God forbid anyone of you ever take a single drink and get behind the wheel of a car and get caught - and if you do - please have your attorney request this judge and ask her NEVER to give you the benefit of the doubt - as is what happens in a lot - almost all DUI cases - its called compassion people - get some!

  29. 29

    Re: slite

    1. And this is the only thing that counts…she still has a year to fulfill it. Her lawyer has already gotten her back in with the Women's Center, so she still could finish it within a year.
    2. she still had a YEAR to finish her in person therapy. Her therapist could've just explained that it needed to be in person. The judge could just explain it to her. Like she did. But she still has a YEAR to fulfill it.
    3. It doesn't need to be fulfilled yet, as she still has a YEAR to fulfill it.

So she can still fulfill it whether the judge likes it or not, as she still has a year according to the court and the probation department in which to do so. They are making an example out of her. Does she need her behind handed to her, yes. Does she need a very severe reality check, yes, but some judge and prosecutor grandstanding does not mean she has violated anything when she has another YEAR to fulfill the terms of her probation.
If you have ever worked with or for a probation office, you would know that they are NEVER put back in jail ahead of the time they were given to complete the terms of their probation. NEVER. That would be like a cop giving you a ticket for driving with an expired license a year before the license has expired.

Re: mommy913 – I just want to point out one simple thing (it has to be simple, because it appears you are simplistic)

This didnt start with shoplifting. This started with her 1st DUI 2, 3, 4 years ago!

Its called a pattern. Yours seems to be apologizing for a long lost soul who would step over you in the same situation to cross the street.

  31. 31

Re: mommy913 – Thanks, Enabling Mom.

  32. slite says – reply to this

    32

Re: Foofalina – Good lord are you wrong.

    1) Condition was she go to therapy IN PERSON every single week - violated already. Cant unviolate

    2) Condition was that she go to the Women's Center to do part of her violation. THEY KICKED HER OUT for her own fault, not theirs. It is not possible for her to complete the probation there because they wont allow her back in.

What is so wrong in your head that you do not understand that both of those are violations of probation even if she had 1000 years to complete it. She can not UNDO existing violations.

There is no discussion here about this. If yo do not understand it, you will never understand it. Clearly, you have some inability to look at reality…just like your hero.

  33. 33

Enabling is denying the problem. The way this judge has handled the "lindsey" situation only feeds the problem - a problem the judge herself has stated in court she is aware exists. We hold this judge to a higher standard - NONE of this should be handled the way it is. Todays arrest was not necessary. When is anybody going to be part of the solution and not the problem? Another arrest - plastered all over the press - humiliation - this only eats away at Lindsey's self-esteem and further leads to a downward spiral. Could anyone imagine how humiliating it would be to be arrested and a picture of yourself in handcuffs posted forever - all over the internet? For your family to see - it has become part of her identity over and over. What reasons does she have to get better - when no one will allow her to put this all behind her. Its about being part of the solution. This is not it. FYI as a mother to a teenage daughter I could care less for Lindsey other then she is a fellow human being with an addiction and she is being bullied. I have never one blogged or posted a comment. But knowing the law as I do - what is being done to Lindsey is uncalled for - have anyone of you had a drug addicted family member? Its HELL - this is NOT the solution!

  34. 34

Re: mommy913 – dina lohan…. is that you?

  35. 35

    Re: slite
Re-read. The women's center has already accepted her back according to Lindsay's lawyer. You may have a point, but wasn't it said that her therapist approved the phone in sessions. If Lindsay got it approved by the therapist (not through the court which is wrong) this is still NOT a reason to incarcerate.
She is far from my hero, but I do not like it when judges and lawyers grandstand which they are doing here. She is a messed up little girl, but that does not change the fact that normally under these conditions the person would NEVER be sent back to prison. As I have worked in and with probation agencies for over 2 decades and have yet to see someone thrown back into jail for failing to complete their probation before the time is up even if they called in a phone therapy with the therapist approval but not judge approval.

Re: JulieAndrewsWorshiper – I'm not happy she's in a bad place!!

  37. 37

Re: mommy913 – Oh…so it's the court systems fault that she's a loser addict. Even though she's had multiple chances at rehab, has/had the money at her resources to hire a sponsor to follow her around all the time and slap drinks out of her hand. So she should just be able to break the law and ignore the consequences without any actual personal responsibility, right? What the fuck ever. That's the most ridiculous shit you could say. If it's all that fucking embarrassing for her, she'd simply live up to the terms of her PROBATION LIKE EVERYONE ELSE IS EXPECTED TO DO. If you don't meet the probation, you fucking go to jail like a fucking loser. It's exactly where she belongs. It's not like she actually has a job to do that keeps her from completing the terms of the probation. She's just a self-absorbed fucking addict that only cares about herself. She wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire unless there happened to be some meth in danger.

  38. 38

Excuse me Mommy913…..but as the judge said…probation is not to be fulfilling…it is meant to be rehabilitative and / or punitive…..she spent 1 to 1-1/2 hrs at the women's center….and in that short time…didn't interact with them, or find it fulfilling….Klepto's words there. In just shy of 6 months…she has only done 3 days out of the 60 days of community service she is required to do. This bitch has continually thumbed her nose at the judges….it is WHAT I FEEL AND WANT TO DO….not what you tell me to do. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! How friggin hard is it….when you are told this is what you are required to do????? Isn't this the second judge now that she has directly disobeyed?????? Guess what…..judges rightly get pissed off when they are not listened to….Kletpo could have avoided this…had she only DONE WHAT WAS REQUIRED!!!

    39

She's been given a lot of extra 'chances,' but continues to waste the court's time as well as her own. Jail could just save her chronically angling little butt, and turn her into a real person.

  40. @v@ says – reply to this

    40

By saying chronically angling little butt, I mean that once the judge outlines the conditions under which she is to fulfill her probation, Lindsay somehow thinks she can simply manipulate and rewrite those conditions that the judge has already clearly set out for her. No one is that special…and I'm actually still pulling for her. I liked her on screen back when.

  41. 41

She is in a bad place I agree. But as everyone has failed to note she has a full year to fulfill her probation obligations. The psychologist allowed her to phone in - her attorney decided to tackle the situation with the woman's center at todays hearing. And just now DDA who is running for election decides to throw in her two cents maximizing her exposure by this situation. Should not exactly be considered ethical by a public servant. So be it everybody disagrees that a YOUNG woman who is terribly mixed up - who was an easy target by her own doing and that of her families - is being exploited - and we all want her to rot in jail - not because she is a murdered or a sex offender - but because she is in a really bad place and is having an extremely difficult time getting out - and today obviously has not helped. I am not a LiLo fan - consider if she was your daughter and or sister - would you want them used as an example for political gain - because as of today - that's all that I can see is truly happening here - oh yes - everyone wants to see her ruined and rotting in jail.

  42. @v@ says – reply to this

    42

Re: mommy913 – She got the DUI's, she stole the necklace, she blew off her conditions, and she put herself and continues to disregard and put herself in this position. She's wasting the court's time, and she's exploiting the justice system. I don't buy the victimization role legally at all. Her parents are another matter altogether.
Many cases are referenced for political gain; it's up to her to behave so that she can't be.

  43. 43

Enough of Lindsay already. Sick of hearing of her medai orchestrated drama. Geez.

  44. 44

Re: mommy913 – shut the hell up. really she is not being bulllied she stole a car and risked peoples lives high on coke, stole merchandise, not complied with most of her committments. you would defend this chick for anything because shes a celeb wouldnt you. serioulsy wtf is wrong with you. she has gotten away with so much that a non famous/rich person would never have even come close too

  45. 45

this is one of the few judges over there with integrity and honor. god bless her most of the legal system out that way is a complete corrupt joke

  46. 46

Re: mommy913 – this is not a one time thing like the judge said this is a looonnng pattern of this behavior. you can say all you want about it being unfair but she is an adult and actions are what matter not blind faith in someone. and her "bad situation" is her own fault for partying, doing drugs, feeling entitled, and being an overall bad rotten person. i wish one day if i did tons of coke, treat people like im better than them, above the law, rob a jewelry store, kidnap people steal a car messed up on powder ignore all my legal conditions lie lie lie that people would say aw he had a rough time let him get away with all that and lets pray for him. f that id be in jail long long ago with no simpathy

  47. 47

Re: joebobjimjack – even if she did have reg work to make her obligatioins hard, well thats the downside of breaking the law and having to pay the price. if i even get arrested i will just cry i have a job you cant put me in jail i need to work…

  48. 48

that Re: mommy913 – mommy whatever or dina what ever your name is, your hilarious yeah its the courts fault jeff dahmer and bundy killed, or maybe the were just in bad places and we should feel bad for them, i do hope however when they were sentenced, the judge made sure to keep jail time free from being a time hog in their lives. i love the world you live in one of total and complete lack of any personal responsibilty its all someone elses fault. either way for a narcisist like her the punishment in the end will be the hardest, she will go down as a complete joke, waste of space, rotten person, common thief, brat, lier and when her years of being labled a hack are up she will be forgotten completely probably broke.
