No, i'm sorry, i find this wrong. I can't even find anything funny about this. It is her suitcase, its obviously not a small bag, its checked in luggage, which means people have to keep their paws OUT of it!!! Thanks, i guess nothing i own is secret anymore and all up for everybody being able to look at it. This is an invasion of my privacy on levels i can't even begin to imagine and you have the gall to show her that you looked through her bag and to telll her what was in her own bag?! I HATE TSA!!!! Thank you very much! Now i dont know what the fuck is happening to my suitcase once i check it in!!!

Yep, she has such a good sense of humor about it that she's now considering SUING them. @@

    lol

As cheeky as this is, I agree, it's innapropriate. Airline personel should be performing their job, not leaving notes or commenting on what people have in their luggage. That being said, I don't know why anyone travels with vibrators, even the bullet ones (they're like $4-6 tops, just buy one at your destination if you really can't go without it and want to avoid TSA issues … not that I would know how from experience… or anything…cough). To each their own, I guess!

Re: tallchick – I think that people have this illusion that when traveling we have a "right" to privacy. Thing is, you're on THEIR aircraft, and even though you bought a ticket, they have a right to inspect what comes on and off of a plane. When you rely on other people to transport you from point A to point B, rather than driving, you have to accept that you and your luggage are suspect to being checked out. HOWEVER, I agree that there was absolutely no need for the employee to comment on anything the passenger brought with her. Simply checking the luggage and making sure the object that was scanned wasn't dangerous was all that was needed - commentary was innapropriate.

    LoL - heard about this.
    WTF tho, I'd be F'in BLAZIN' Maddd…
    Seriously, don't touch my sh*t!

  7. 7

Actually, it's not funny at all. That's extremely inappropriate. It's not like a friend of hers saying that.

TSA is a bunch of thieves. I've had stuff stolen, my husband has had stuff stolen. They need to be a lot more professional. And honest.

  9. 9

Wow, they really put their hands on it. Yeah, retire it. I wonder what's next? No privacy at all.

  10. 10

that's totally inappropriate but so hilarious lol.

IF THEY ARE GOING THROUGH PEOPLES THINGS THAT CLOSELY THEY ARE PROBABLY STEALING THINGS AS WELL

The TSA agent should be fired. If they are found to have used the vibrator..they should be required to replace it with one of equal value and utility.

When I first read about this, I was disgusted the woman didnt at least have it in a plastic bag or something. I mean, she had to know TSA would be checking for anything unusual with a power source. I pity the agent who had to handle it.

  14. 14

i'm usually one of those people who thinks everyone is way too easily offended, but im really bothered by this. it's just way too unprofessional and creepy.

Considering TSA used pizza box adds to recruit new workers, I am not surprised. These people don't need special backgrounds in customer service. There have been so many problems with those workers and their treatment of customers.

Re: tallchick – Do you really expect the TSA to not monitor checked luggage? They sometimes take out booze or things that aren't allowed into the country, and God forbid, what if there was a timed bomb in there? It could still blow up the plane. When you travel on a plane, they don't keep "paws out of" anything, you should expect that.

  17. 17

Next time she should carry it in her snatch!

  18. 18

That is an absolute outrage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is nothing illegal about a vibrator and it's obviously not against TSA rules to bring one with you (or else they would have said something). I'd be PISSED. I'd sue.

  19. 19

tsa only hires low class ghetto people so what do you expext.the tsa agent probably got her freak on with it when she took a break.

Re: tallchickRe: tallchick – what planet do you live on? Anything that is checked is absolutely subject to search, and it's ALWAYS been that way, LONG before TSA. What, you think just anyone can pack whatever they want and just throw it under the plane? Next time this lady wants to bring a device on board that looks suspicious in an X-ray, maybe she'll think twice. As for the note, not cool… but that's how it works. They aren't YOUR planes, if it bugs you so much, then DRIVE. See you there in a week.
