Fast And Furious 6 And 7 To Be Filmed Back To Back! Is Jason Statham Joining The Cast?

Yep, word on the street has it that the sixth and seventh installments of the Fast and the Furious franchise will be filmed back to back, working on one interlinking plot.

Chris Morgan is currently deciding what the hell this one is gonna be about finalizing the story. And many fingers point to F&F vet Justin Lin to return in the director's chair.

Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, and The Rock are all returning of course, but there's a strong rumor that has Jason Statham joining the cast. While nothing is confirmed, it's definitely on everyone's lips! Hmmm, interesting…

So when can speed lovers see the films in the theaters? Welll, the 6th one was originally set for May 24, 2013, but with the back-to-back filming, Lin might push it back so he doesn't have to force any editing.

But guys! Something needs to satisfy the woman suing Drive for not being so fast and furious! ha!
