Oh, that silly Paz de la Huerta!

Always making mischief wherever she goes!

We LOVE her!

The Boardwalk Empire actress was once again involved in a scuffle, this time with her own plus-one, Monday night when they attended Brett Ratner's after-party for the Tower Heist premiere, but according to her, she was NOT drunk this time!

Paz maintains that she accidentally spilled her soda onto her friend, who immediately erupted into tears and tried to shove her friend away when she tried to help. Staff attempted to help, but the unknown friend was inconsolable, so the pair were escorted to a taxi!

Paz explains:

“I haven’t had a drink since March 23. I was drinking Coca-Cola. I brought a very good friend to the premiere who’s having problems. She got wasted. She lost her wallet and was screaming and wailing and acting irrational. She spilled a drink on herself when I reached over to hold her hand to calm her down. She feels horrible about it. I made the decision to leave. Brett is a dear friend.”

Well, we suppose these things happen!

We're just glad no one was hurt!

But Paz, darling, you might want to keep your friend at home next time!

Just saying!
