Lindsay Is Admitting She Violated Probation, Hoping Her Morgue Work Will Warm Judge Stephanie's Heart!

lindsay lohan to admit she violated probation

Risky move, Lindz…but hey! It MIGHT work!

We've just learned that Lindsay Lohan's new strategy for her Wednesday court date is to ADMIT that she violated her probation…and to show the judge that she's finally making things right.

Sources are saying that Lindsay will come to court with proof that she worked 24 hours at the morgue, which is apparently 16 hours MORE than what was required of her!

Lindsay is reportedly expecting/hoping for a minimum jail sentence of two weeks, but she could still end up with a whole year if Judge Stephanie Sautner decides not take pity.

We can't say we're overly optimistic that things will work out for Lindsay, but we'll find out soon!

What do U think? Will the judge take pity on Lindsay? Or is she going to be spend the next year behind bars???

I hate to say it, but I hope she sees jail time. The ONLY reason she is admitting the violation and is going to the morgue is b/c she had no other choice. The fact that it was not her decision is the problem. Lindsay needs serious help (if the playboy thing is any indication). Allowing her to address a problem of her making after the fact only encourages her behavior and teaches her nothing. The best gift the judge can give her is to imose a consequence for her actions.

The law addresses the infractions of the past that have already occurred, and not the promises of the future that haven't. Her minimal efforts now are considered to contribute to her future rehabilitation into lawful society. They shouldn't be viewed as a band-aid for offenses already committed, and that would be her violation of probation.

Well Sautner already pretty much admitted the chances of Lindsay getting a maximum sentence were pretty slim, and from how she said it, it's clear she dosen't think jail is going to help Lindsay much if at all. Lindsay completing her community service is the judges top priority, and giving her a jail sentence would be counter-productive to Lindsay's CS, so what's likely going to happen is Sautner will either reinstate her probation with stricter terms, or sentence her to house arrest and only let her leave the house for CS.

I feel like I've heard her say that she is really serious "this time" so the what, ten other times she got into trouble she was just joking about turning her life around. You can't blame her parents anymore because she hasn't lived with them since she was 17 years old. I feel like she is doing this on purpose so that she can have a reason as to why she is not getting acting jobs. She can say that she wasn't on the Gotti movie because of her probation when in reality they didn't want her anymore.

What if she F#$KS the judge…will that get her off ? She is willing to do it !

I do hope the judge verbalizes approval for her efforts. Although there can be no legal extra credit, Lindsay could use affirmation that there's a difference between negative and positive attention. Her parents clearly never instilled that.

She should kiss and make up wit Paris Whoreton, and go clubbing with her again, as they are both past it, and are only famous for durgs and getting old and skanky ! Good thing Britney cleaned up her act !

too little too late, lindsay. if the judge lets her off, again, she's every bit as bad as lindsay. her bullshit is sooo transparent. time to pay the piper.

Um, I thought the judge said she had to do 16 hours a week? If so, how is 24 hours 16 hours more than what she was required to do? That statement makes no sense. She even f'd up the very first day. And how many times have we heard the same exact same thing out of her mouth? She admits she did something wrong and then goes on about how she's serious and is ready to make things right.

Ok, I'm really confused about this. I looked into it and practically every media outlet states that she was ordered to complete 16 hours per week at the morgue, but there are like 2 or 3 places that she was ordered to complete at least 16 hours. So, which is it? 16 hours a week or a total of 16 hours? Even if it was 16 hours total, 24 hours is only 8 hours more, which isn't impressive at all, considering how much CS she has left to do at the morgue anyway. She screwed up the first day, so if it is only 16 hours, we all know the only reason she did the extra day was to try and make herself look better. Also, right after she got out of court, she said she was going to go to the morgue every single day, so what happened to that?

Much too little, much too late.

Re: vexer6 – I think it's going to be jail this time. One time too many.

What will sending Lindsay to jail do really . LL does not deserve jail time , let her do her CS and get back to her career .

Heres a thought, they said they she did 24 hrs when inturn she only had to do 16 but she was turned away from her first day, so the only thing she did was make up the day she missed. her lawyer said that she is in compliance of her court order? How is that she didnt even do her time in the womans shelter that was court ordered. The judge is a joke if she lets her off again the judge needs to STEPDOWN AND HAND OVER HER ROBE!!! If she revoked her probation then the charge that was lowered should have been brought back up to the original charge whch was grand larceny which is a felony which means JAIL TIME, if its over crowding then let one person out so she can do her time. DUH its a no brainer judge. START charging the inmates $45.00 a day that way they can help support the system. You call yourself a judge!!! if this was a regular person they would still be in jail. The justice system is just the the government they both SUCK
