Herman Cain Denies Sexual Harassment Report

| Filed under: Icky Icky PooPolitik

Oh boy.

Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain has been accused of sexual harassment by two female employees who worked for him when he was the head of the National Restaurant Association back in the 1990s.

The women complained of sexually suggestive behavior and claimed that they signed agreements with the restaurant group that gave them financial payouts as long as they wouldn't talk about what occurred.

Cain is denying the reports however and has issued a statement, saying that the report is not true and that it represents unfair attacks.

Watch what he has to say above.

Who cares, he is black, of course he sexually harrassed someone! Get over, all blacks are the same.

  2. 2

And I believe him. I'm thinking these are white women, who are bigots and need to prove it more than 20 years later.

  3. 3

wait…they signed agreement not to speak and are now speaking?

gtfo you greedy skanks! its bitches like this that give real victims a bad name!

  4. 4

Black man sides with White republicans…Clarence Thomas hanging all over again…

Let's ask Hillary for her thoughts?

  6. 6

OF COURSE perez posts something like this….probably the first post ever about Cain. You just can't stand that he is emerging as a real Repulican contender. It goes against every liberal hypocricy that is out there!

“My general counsel said this started out where she and her lawyer were demanding a huge financial settlement…I don’t remember a number…But then he said because there was no basis for this, we ended up settling for what would have been a termination settlement,” Cain said in the interview, as reported by the Washington Examiner. “Maybe three months’ salary. I don’t remember. It might have been two months. I do remember my general counsel saying we didn’t pay all of the money they demanded.”

Cain’s statement represent a reversal from what the Republican said only hours ago, when he denied that he knew about any settlement that was reached after the claims of sexual harassment were made.

A gag order on alleged sexual assault seems uber corupt to me.

  10. 10

Hopefully the skanks get sued. Regardless if its sexual harassment or not..You decided money is more important than punishment for the guy. They signed a contract saying they could not spill out, they were paid..Hopefully they get sued. Most gag order breaches are bogus and if the person that signs it goes back on it rarely something happens to them legal wise..kinda lame. Take money to keep quiet, keep quiet for a decade then come out when the money runs out..lmao sue the skanks.

I don't understand why Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton aren't on every network defending him???
    Jesse, Al where are you???
Oh. I get it! They only defend liberal, democratic, black men.
They don't defend conservative, self-made black men!
It's funny how the people that are always screaming "racist", are so silent! I guess it's only racist if the person is a lib. lol! So painfully transparent!
    Cain 2012!

  12. 12

Why were the two women each paid "5 figures" if its not true?

  13. 13

wouldn't be surprised it the accusers were Democrats trying to take the sudden shine off his candidacy
    .
shades of when Clarence Thomas- another prominent black Republican- was accused of sexual harrassment to try to keep him off the supreme court
that didn't work- don't know if this will
    interresting…..
and Clinton's sexual escapades kept him popular and in office…but he's a Democrat
just an observatin from an Independent

lets see, bill clinton sexual harasses a state employee ,"paula jones".she gets paid off bill loses his law license and fined $90,000 for not telling the truth.then a close family friend accuses him of rape,"kathleen wiley".then in a clear abuse of power he has a sexual relationship with an intern.now the same mainstream media that did not care then and still praises clinton as some sort of elder statesman tells us were supposed to care about this?we dont even know what the "COMMENTS" were.there were no official charges and cain isn't even the one who paid them off.context people context.

  15. 15

Wouldn't they have voided their payouts by speaking out?? I guess he can't take the money back if he denies it. Can we see a check stub? Re: ParisIsBurning – And what you said was disgusting. I'm gonna bet white males are more likely to sexually harass in the workplace, they ARE usually the boss!

Re: smithygirl – Sorry to say, but we blacks have pulled Cain's BlackCard. He's no longer black in our eyes if he wants to endorse the same people holding us down. Uncle Tom looking a….

  17. 17

Re: ParisIsBurning – FUCK YOU! Seriously, FUCK YOU! Your closemindedness will get you NOWHERE in life. Not all black people are the same just like not all white people are the same. As a black man, I'm seriously offended by your comments. You can hide your hate behind a computer all you want but i dare you to say something like that to my face or to any other black person.

  18. 18

Re: MarioMonjack – SERIOUSLY? What is wrong with some of you people? First off, we don't even know if this story is true. Second, you act like white people don't sexually harass other people as well. This is not a race thing dumbass.

  19. 19

Re: smithygirl – Even though I'm more liberal, I do have to agree with you to a certain extent because you make valid points!

  20. 20

Re: AlchyAnonMS – Tell me with FACTS not feelings what the Democratic party has done for the African Am. population? Here's a couple little facts for you:
    1. Martin Luther King Jr. was a registered Republican
    2. Democrats founded the KKK
    3. Civil Rights Act was voted against by 117 Democrats (only 27 Republicans voted no).
Who is really keeping people down? The black unemployment is almost double the whites? How many decades of Democratic injustice does it take? Just might want to rethink your politics if you really want "change".

  21. 21

Re: smithygirl – To be fair, the Democratic party is NOT what it was years ago nor is the Republican party. We can't speak for a dead man but if MLK Jr. was still alive today, I bet he would be more of a Democratic. I do respect your opinions and not looking for an argument (unlike these other ignorant fools ParisIsBurning and MarioMonjack who are very closeminded) but just want you to keep in mind that things do change overtime like the way democrats and republicans view certain issues.
