As the Twilight Saga is finally meeting its end, the Holy Trinity of Twilight can start thinking about what they want to do next with their careers. Right now, Kristen Stewart is weilding a sword in Snow White and The Huntsman and Robert Pattinson just finished going crazy in Cosmopolis. But what is Taylor Lautner's next move? Turns out, he's got his eye on an arthouse piece.
The official announcement will most likely be made later this week, but for now, we can tell you that Tay Tay is most definitely signed up to star in Gus Van Sant's next indie flick, based on a nonfiction article in The New Yorker magazine. We know nothing beyond that, even so much as who will be writing the script (Dustin?!), but we do know that this will definitely NOT be the kind of movie where Taylor makes $7.5 million, so we think he might actually be serious about this "acting" thing.
If the kid wants to hon in on his craft, more power to him. We don't see him becoming a staple in indie flicks, like let's say, KStew is, but he has potential.
