Cheyenne Jackson And Nathan Lane Coming To Primetime TV!

| Filed under: TV NewsBroadway BabiesCheyenne Jackson

These two gentlemen NEED to be back on television.

Which is why we're so excited that Cheyenne Jackson and Nathan Lane are teaming up to star in a comedy pilot for primetime television.

The two talented Broadway actors will star in a show for the USA Network, which will center around an actor, played by Nathan, who is going through a career slump.

His character heads to Texas to care for his sick father, played by Ken Jenkins, where he meets and befriends a doctor played by Cheyenne.

It's a pretty big deal to have two gay actors working as leads on a sitcom together. We couldn't be more proud of them. They both are soooo talented and deserve so much success.

well thats got flop written all over it. ONE gay per show is all a mainstream audience can tolerate. This should be on some obscure gay channel.

I love Jackson. But Lane is enough to make me turn to another channel. Fast.

don't know ANYTHING about jackson, but have always liked lane. He is a good actor who just happens to be gay. And i suppose is a good role model for young gay men. Unlike yourself, you are a professional queen and racist, you rub your sexuality into everyones face. not unlike al sharpton and jesse jackson who have always been professional blacks and racists

I swear to god - if they make Lane & Jackson lovers, I see a huge surge in people throwing their TVs out the window.

I love Nathan Lane and wish I could have seen him in plays (very good in the few movies I saw him in). However not sure if USA Networks is a premium channel or not, as I cannot afford a premium channel
