"Hello, Clarice…"

Hannibal Lecter is always chilling and soon the famous doctor and cannibal can scare TV watchers just like his movies!

NBC has bought the rights from Gaumont International Television and the format will be an hour long drama. Written and executive produced by Bryan Fuller, the series already has a 13 episode commitment so there will be plenty of brains for Dr. Lecter to feast on! (Eww!)

This will be Fuller's second forray in television after ABC's Pushing Daisies.

We wonder who would be a good Hannibal Lecter…

Who do U think?

Mr. Fuller has had many 'forrays' into television including Wonderfalls, Dead Like Me, and the upcoming 'The Munsters' remake. He also did extensive work with 'Heroes'.

No problem. The man who created Pushing Daisies deserves his legacy to be told right.

Perez the line is "good evening Clairice" that is one of the top 20 misquoted movie linesl

I think Sebastian Roché who plays Mikael on TVD would be a great Hannibal.
