Might be time for Discovery to retire this show. So many awful things have happened with the cast/crew!
After drama with this show had subsided for nearly nine months, we were thinking maybe we wouldn't hear more terrible stories from the Deadliest Catch team. We were wrong.
We're sad to report that yesterday a crewmember for the Discovery Channel series "collapsed and showed signs of shock and dehydration while on board a fishing vessel in the Bering Sea."
His name has not been released, but we know that he's a 28-year-old man, and he's being treated at an Anchorage hospital after first being brought to a clinic in Cold Bay (a community in the Alaska Peninsula).
We wish the man a full and speedy recovery…and we REALLY hope that this is the last time we hear about trouble from the Deadliest Catch team! It's like the Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark of the sea!
