Michael Lohan Could Get 4 YEARS In Jail For His Many Charges!

| Filed under: Icky Icky PooLindsay LohanLegal MattersMichael LohanSad Sad

michael lohan could get 4 years in jail

Unlike Lindsay, it sounds like Michael WON'T be set free after 4.5 hours

Last we heard from Michael Lohan, he was locked away in solitary confinement after being arrested twice in one week!

Now, he's officially been charged with the following for his two most recent arrests:

- 2 misdemeanors for first arrest (domestic violence and violation of a domestic injunction)

- 2 misdemeanors for second arrest (resisting arrest without violence and violating a condition of pretrial release)

Michael better hope that the judge goes easy on him, otherwise he could be spending the next four years behind bars!

Stay tuned for more Lohan drama! (as always)

Gee maybe he and Lindsey can share a cell for an hour.

Too bad he's charged in Florida, where a sentence means something. Four years probably means four years. In California, where his loser daughter keeps getting put (briefly) in prison, "overcrowding" would probably only mean a week behind bars.

So if Lindsay's dad is going to be in jail for a while, and he's got nothing planned, maybe he could do her time also.

Re: perez posse member 777 – I thought so too. It's not so much the out of control fight they had, but the fact that he…duh duh duh…went against the court ruling to… stay away. I think.
