Jane Lynch Feels Sorry For Brett Ratner

Jane Lynch Brett Ratner Gay Slur Los Angeles Gay Lesbian Center 40th Anniversary Gala

Brett Ratner might have offended a bunch of people with his gay slur, but Jane Lynch isn't one of them.

In fact, she actually sympathizes for the guy.

At the Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center 40th Anniversary Gala, the Glee villain said:

I feel bad for him. I wasn't offended. I'm OK. I think humor is such a personal thing and you put a microphone in somebody's face, they're going to say something that offends somebody.

True, but people should kind of be a little more sensitive throwing words around when kids are killing themselves over it.

And Brett Ratner agrees! He apologized, admitting he used the word without prejudice but carelessness and said he should have known better to use a word with such a violent message.

I dont understand why she would feel bad for him. He does not feel bad. She shut her fucking mouth. So what he used a work in a non offensive way. People do that from time to time. No reason to take everything so seriously.

No one gives a fuck but drama queens like you. You have zero influence in Hollywood, especially since your beatdown for using that "violent" word yourself. You need another good beating.

Thank you, Jane Lynch for actually being honest instead of politically correct! Should this guy have used that word? No. But should it ruin his career when he's apologized and recognizes that it was a mistake? No!! Perez, you used this same word against someone, so let's just move on.

As a gay man, I agree with Jane…….though I can't stand Brett and am glad Billy's now hosting the Oscars, I can't help but feel this is a very dangerous slope and feel there could be a bigger backlash one day due to all of the political correctness.

Re: netgear – I think if you reread her statement, you'll realize she doesn't care either. What I got from it was that it wasn't a big deal and people should get off his dick. Or unless that is how you interpreted too, in that case I don't know what you are so butt hurt over

Looks like Jane Lynch just scored herself a role in the next Brett Ratner film.
