Poor, poor Kourt.
Now, reports are coming out that Disick knows what he's doing, and how to make it better. What remains though, is whether he can actually do that.
The source says of Disick:
Next year, the box-office is going to be all about the fairytales. We've already gotten a taste of the War of (Snow) Whites, but now, we're interested in hearing about Sam Raimi's twist on the classic Wizard of Oz.
Any theater kid in the US will tell you there is already a prequel story that explains how Glinda and the Wicked Witch came to be, but as Michelle Williams will tell you, as she is starring as Raimi's Glinda in Oz:The Great and Powerful, Sam has a very different direction for her character. The movie has just started production, but already it seems like the lady who travels by bubble will one of the highlights of the film. Michelle explains:
“In the ‘Wizard of Oz’ film we all know and love, she’s omniscient and doesn’t have a lot of human qualities,” the 31-year-old explained. “She’s not fully realized in that way — she’s not a dimensional person. That’s where she ends up, and my Glinda is where she’s starting out.”
Michelle adds that the movie is especially important to her because it is one that is close to the hearts of her family. Her daughter is an especially big fan of the classic Judy Garland film and its been an extra pleasure to bring her little one Matilda to the set of the movie:
“It’s been such an amazing move for us as a family. It’s a really happy place to go to work and a happy place for her to come visit,” Williams said. “Often — the ‘Marilyn’ sets and the ‘Blue Valentine’ sets — they aren’t really ideal places for children. She can still come visit, but she can’t really get comfortable and hang out for a while. This really integrates my life and my work in a great way."
Now, what of some of the other witches. We know Rachel Weisz will be getting her wickedness on as the famed Wicked With of the West, but what of her sister from the East? That role is being taken on my Mila Kunis, who shares Michelle's joy in being a part of this new take on a classic. She says:
"It's a bit nerve-wracking, I won't lie. It's been an amazing experience. It really has. The sets are gorgeous and stunning. Everybody in the film are amazing people and Sam's doing a beautiful job of directing it."
Sqeal!!! We can't wait to see!!!
