Robin Gibb Battling Liver Cancer

We are so sad about this.
Legendary singer/songwriter Robin Gibb, of the Bee Gees, has been diagnosed with liver cancer.
A few months back, he was diagnosed with the disease by doctors after being hospitalized for stomach pains. But things have seem to have gotten worse as he was rushed to the hospital earlier this week.
Thankfully, he was discharged five hours later, but that still doesn't stop the concerns.
Since Tuesday, he's canceled several public appearances.
So sad. Robin is in our thoughts and we are praying for him.

They must have bad genes.
Ugh…Liver cancer is the worst…I know…the people generally die within 4-6 months….I feel for him and whomever loves the guy…sad.
Crap! Prayers to the Gibb family. Music is my thing and it would suck without the Bee Gees. Stay strong Robin.
I know your eyes in the morning sun
I feel you touch me in the pouring rain
And the moment that you wander far from me
I wanna feel you in my arms again
And you come to me on a summer breeze
Keep me warm in your love
Then you softly leave
And it's me you need to show
How deep is your love?
How deep is your love
How deep is your love
I really need to learn
'Cause we're living in a world of fools
Breakin’ us down
When they all should let us be
We belong to you and me
I believe in you
You know the door to my very soul
You're the light in my deepest, darkest hour
You're my saviour when I fall
And you may not think I care for you
When you know down inside
That I really do
And it's me you need to show
How deep is your love?
How deep is your love
How deep is your love
I really need to learn
'Cause we're living in a world of fools
Breakin’ us down
When they all should let us be
We belong to you and me
And you come to me on a summer breeze,
Keep me warm in your love
Then you softly leave
And it's me you need to show
How deep is your love?
How deep is your love
How deep is your love
I really need to learn
'Cause we're living in a world of fools
Breakin’ us down
When they all should let us be
We belong to you and me
Prayers to him and his family and friends. Bee Gees made great music.
That is so terrible, God bless him.
THE bee gees made some of the best music ever and its terrible to think we may lose another legend of music and yet another Bee gee. Best wishes Robin!
Oh, @v@, I loved, "Massachussetts" too.
Stay strong Robin. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.
I went to a Bee Gee concert back in the 70's. Their music is, and always be amazing.
God Bless you Robin.
I feel so, so sorry for Barry too. To have already lost two brothers and now the other is so sick, he's got to be feeling so much right now. I know the Bee Gees have caught a lot of flak over the years for being a disco group but they have such great hearts too. My heart goes out to the family.
Re: sanfran1 – Pancreatic cancer also ranks right up there with probably the worst cancer like Steve Jobs and Patrick Swayze. It's only survivable primarily if you catch it in the first stage. Beyond that, there's not much hope.
God bless
No
The Beegees were (and still are to me) absolute legends! Thinking of him
Everything we eat and drink is so toxic now that eventually most people do get cancer. The poor guy. I loved the Bee Gees back in the 70s. They had some great music.
Re: CatsClaw – The fifties and sixties weren't nearly as regulated.
The greatest group ever. The Bee Gees, the most talented musicians of our time. My favorite Bee Gee Maurice thank you for your amazing contribution to the world. Our best wishes and may you feel all the joy dignifying feelings you gave us with your music. You will live forever.
No fan on earth could love you more,
And that's what I'm writing here
Nothing will ever change the way I feel inside
