For the SECOND time in THREE YEARS, 50-year-old Atlanta man Delma Kinney has won a $1 million payday from the Georgia Lottery's Super Millions instant game!!!!!
Here's what he had to say about it:
"I sat in the car with the ticket, and when I saw the matching numbers, I knew."
When Delma won his first million dollars back in '08, he chose to save a chunk of his money for his three childrens' college education. This time, he says he plans on donating some of his newfound money to charity.

If I were to win I would pay off debt, invest, and still have modest living. I also would not tell anyone I won because 2 million could go fast and quick.
