That sounds like the plan, especially since the panel is going to look a little empty this coming year.
Sources are reporting that Simon Cowell is planning a triumphant return to Britain's Got Talent as a judge in 2012, filling the voids left behind David Hasselhoff and Michael McIntyre. According to these sources, Simon is keen to keep Talent high in the ratings and feels his return to the show would bring back interest to the show. As one production insider explained:
"Simon wants to make it the biggest, most successful series yet. His presence will be a guaranteed ratings winner as he is so popular with viewers."
Man knows his own power!
So long as he doesn't abandon The X Factor, we're okay with this. The show is still trying to find its footing in the states and we're enjoying it so much, we would hate to see it fail before it really began.
