DUN DUN DUUNNNN….

This could quite possibly be the greatest news we've heard all day!

Our wonderful Mother Earth has a secret twin!

Named Kepler 22-b, this beautiful blue orb is 2.4 times the size of Earth and is a lovely 22 degrees C!!! (That's 71F)

Scientists all agree this is the closest to Earth-like planet we've found.

She's only 600 light years away, so we should probably book our flights now. Better invest in a quality travel pillow!

Looks beautiful, but unlike Earth, unless there are other pictures not shown, it does not appear to have any large continents.

Nasa is a liar, They have KNOWN for years now about habital planets with actual alien life on them, sophisticated Alien life. They just haven't come out and said it yet.

Re: Laroccakiddd – Dude…we couldn't possibly know if they have life on them for many reasons. There is the whole issue about us basically looking into the past by looking into outer space. Again this is the closets they found and its 600 light years away so what they see in that planet was 600 years ago think about us 600 years ago. Also there is the issue about telescopes, this planet is still way too small of an object to be able to tell something like "sophisticated" life. Please don't be dumb
