We sincerely hope that her bravery throughout this entire ordeal can inspire others in similar situations to break the cycle.
It's been pretty uncomfortable watching castmember Taylor Armstrong display increasingly more frantic, intense signs of battered women's syndrome this season on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, especially with the information we know now and her husband Russell's suicide back in August, and the reality star appeared last night on Watch What Happens Live after one of the her most tragic episodes yet, to offer an explanation as to why she was acting out the way she was during filming, and debut the cover for her upcoming memoir, in which she chronicles her life trapped in the cycle of abuse, called Hiding from Reality: My Story of Love, Loss and Finding the Courage Within.
Check out some highlights from her emotional interview (above)!
Not easy to watch. And all the more heartwrenching to know that so many women face similar, horrific situations without anyone even suspecting a thing.
Again, however, we commend Taylor for her efforts and having the strength to want to her share her story and help others. We're keeping you and wonderful little Kennedy in our thoughts.
