Perhaps some justice will be served this time around?
Two months ago, Casey Anthony was forced to give a videotape deposition as part of Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez's defamation lawsuit against her, which alleges that "Anthony falsely accused her of kidnapping her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony."
Today, attorneys for both Casey and Zenaida returned to court to argue "whether Anthony should fully answer questions posed to her during her deposition in October."
As a reminder, during that hearing, Casey's lawyers invoked the Fifth Amendment SIXTY TIMES! WTF!?!?!?
Let's hope the judge does the right thing and forces Casey to take some accountability for her actions.
