Check out the video (above) of a Peruvian community, where people settle scores with each other by ~~talking out their feelings~~ punching each other in an annual festival!

Let's just hope nobody's punching TOO hard….

Before anyone starts judging. You should judge if you don't know the reality of a country. I'm from Peru, so I can actually speak. First of all, this is not something we all do. This is something that's done in Cusco as part of a festival, you don't do this everyday. Second of all, it's catartic, it let's you get your anger out, but you are not really punching anyone. I haven't done it, because I don't believe in violence in any way should be encouraged, but this is what they do, what works for them, and they are not harming anyone.

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.

Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:

"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."

That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...

As for her transition from Disney teen idol to mature pop star, she said:
