There's no way we could be this lucky... right?!
According to TMZ, the two legendary singers apparently spoke about how much sense it'd make for them to work together at some point, and as it's being reported now,

We can't even imagine how strong she must be to have to live with not only the tragedy of losing so many so close to her, but also knowing that a split decision saved her from a similar fate.
Jennifer Hudson recently opened up about the horiffic 2008 murder of her mother, brother, and nephew, and revealed that if she hadn't decided last minute to fly to Florida with her fiance, David Otunga, for his wrestling career, she would have been home with them, and possibly deceased, too.
“That’s one of the things that saved my life, because I could have been home with my mom then. He wanted me to come out to Florida instead of going to Chicago. I flew out to see him; that’s why I’m still here. I’ve never said that before, and I can’t believe I just said that now. But I didn’t know. He was just like, ‘I’m going to this wrestling thing, and it’s in Tampa. I’m going out there now, so you can come out there and see me versus going home.’ After that happened, I was like, ‘I don’t know what I want.' A lot of things have happened in my life. There are a lot of things that I need to get adjusted to before I do anything else. That’s how I feel about it.”
Unbelievable. And just so, so awful.
Obviously, this is something she'll have to live with for the rest of her life, and the pain that comes from that kind of loss never goes away, so our thoughts and prayers still go out to her while she continues to come to terms with everything!
We admire your courage, gurl, and we know that they'd be so proud of everything you've continued to accomplish, and your perseverance throughout it all!
Stay strong, and may they continue to R.I.P.
