Not everyone can have as perfect a relationship as Courtney and Doug!
Looks like things aren't go so hot between Linda Hogan and 23-year-old fiance Charlie Hill, because the two have just signed on for VH1's Relationship Rehab.
Sources say that the couple joined the show in hopes of fixing "their crumbling relationship."
Sounds like a win-win situation to us! They'll get some help improving their relationship…AND they'll get some help improving their bank account! Ha!
