I loved India. While I was in Mumbai I ate at Leopald's and went to the caves of Elephanta… i highly recommend you go to both. Please, enjoy yourself and be grateful for the things we have that they don't.

I've been to India , it's an interesting country. I loved my time there, it's definitely different than North America and there are some huge extremes in terms of pollution and poverty but to compare it to CUBA!? lol Not even close. And Mario, you can visit Cuba, fly to Canada and fly to Cuba from here and don't have your passport stamped, Americans do it all the time.

Mario, you can go to Cuba via Canada or Mexico. It's worth doing. Havana is a beautiful city. However, India and Cuba are VERY different.
I respect Perez for using his new found success to help his mother see the world. Mother's deserve it for their years of hard work.

I loved India, from New Delhi to Mumbai to Bangalore. Total culture shock. Not the entire country stinks, nor is there poverty everywhere you go.
