Buyers Pay Big Bucks For MJ's Belongings During Auction

The Michael Jackson estate raked in close to one million for MJ's furniture.

About 500 pieces of Jackson's belongings were sold.

Some of the more personal pieces included his children's chalkboard with a personal note from the kids and a mirror with an inscription MJ himself wrote in felt pin.

On a creepier note, the bed he died in WAS also sold.

However, the headboard was not according to an earlier agreement with Julien's Auctions.

Julien's Auctions oversaw the live auction on Saturday Dec. 17th.

People are stupid. This was not Michael's personal stuff. It was a furnished rented house. I bet he could not even identify half of that stuff if he were alive and still living there.

OK…$115 Million for Elizabeth Taylor…only 1 for MJ. I'm thinking he wasn't as popular as Mario would like us all to believe (those of us with brains), given that the stuff wasn't even his, but the owner of the home he was RENTING!!!!.

Michael Jackson is no longer relevant.
