Lindsay Lohan, who is up to speed with the terms of her probation this month, was allowed to fly back to New York for the holiday season, and was spotted celebrating her younger brother, Michael Jr.'s 24th birthday at RDV in the Meatpacking District last night!

Re: curiousred – No, it wasn't mean but given that her own young sister already looks like a 40-something "Real Housewife", it's not far fetched that Lindsay looks as old as she does. It's sad she's allowed herself to fall this far when she had promise.
Keep what up? All she does is party in her spare time. People who are serious about being clean and sober and serious about changing, do not do the things she's doing. She hasn't changed at all, this proves it. It's only a matter of time before she seriously screws up again. Her career is over, she will never even be able to get work in a B movie!

She still has to do her court mandated work, and is, so if she can juggle it all like a grown ass woman, she might be ok if she can party like a responsible adult would. There's the rub.
