Univision And CBS Lead Tuesday Night Ratings!

cbs and univison win tuesday night ratings

Uh oh, CBS! There's a new kid in town!

On Monday night, Spanish language network Univision was #1 in the ratings, thanks to the two-hour of finale of La Fuerza del Destino (The Strength of Destiny).

Then last night, CBS improved in the ratings thanks to the two-hour 34th annual Kennedy Center Honors broadcast, which brought in 9.7 million viewers and a 1.4 rating in adults 18-49.

The network shared their victory with Univision, which was #1 in the ratings again last night (along with CBS), thanks to its telenovela Una Familia con Suerte (A Family With Luck), which landed a 1.7 rating in adults 18-49 for its two-hour broadcast!

Sounds like the networks better step up their game if they wanna compete with Univision! Maybe they should start airing telenovelas as well! Ha!

What did U watch last night? Were U tuned in to Univision???

Hmm, how weird that other countries get high ratings for soap operas and ours tank.

Re: jjsaldana – This a USA station…..it's just for the Spanish speaking Americans.

That's nothing considering the millions of people in the US, people aren't watching TV anymore. Univision is the station that only features white Latinos they don't like the ones from slavery…the nasty ape PuertoRicans…everybody hates them.

I never thought for one minute that I would ever see or hear of a Spanish or Mexican television station. The other day on a local channel there was a Spanish commercial from the Department of Transportation. Now higher ratings on that station is just telling me that there are more and more and more coming to the USA. Maybe that is why unemployement is at a high. More people, less jobs available.
