mission impossible earns 250 million at box office

Wowsa! Moviegoers really do still love Tom Cruise!

Last weekend, Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol was #1 at the US box office, with $26.5 million earned.

Overall, the latest MI flick has now grossed $86.2 mil domestically…and another $170 mil internationally!

In total, the movie has grossed $256.2 million worldwide SO FAR!

The only other movie bringing in similarly respectable numbers at the box office is Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, which has now earned over $100 million domestically! Impressive!

It's a bummer that The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo isn't bringing in more audiences! It's earned $32.5 million so far, which isn't BAD…but isn't quite reaching expectations.

Should be interesting to see how movies fare over the New Years weekend! We're guessing Mission: Impossible will continue to dominate, but we shall see!

What movies will U go see this weekend???
