Forehead botox and a nose job. It's thrown off the proportions of her face and botox NEVER looks natural when you can't move your entire forehead. Ridiculous. She used to be hot.

Wtf was she thinking…she looks older and not as pretty and quite plastic and icky…she surely did not need work done on her face…especially before 30???? Ugh, I guess once you get into the Hollywood lifestyle you think you need plastic surgery to fix every little imperfection - it doesn't work though.

LOL she looks a bit bloated in the face but her features look exactly the same as they do on the show. I don't see this "BIG" difference. And I love how as soon as Perez states something everyone is like "OMG SO TRUE" just like when he put up that story about Katy Perry being seen with a hot guy on New Years, a story that turned out to be completely untrue yet people were calling her a whore and saying crap like "I'm so glad Russel left her, she deserves better". Some of you are nut jobs, for real. Who in their right mind believes anything they hear and then proceed to attack people based on those rumors? How does that behavior make sense to anyone?

She's gained a little weight-which is good because she looked too skinny on JS. In her Maxim spread she looks like a different person; I didn't recognize her at first.

I thought it was her teeth also, didn't she have small gaps before? But I did notice her forehead & eyebrows don't move in any of the photos, I think shes beautiful so who really cares, I would love to look like her
