David O. Russell Will NOT Be Charged For Feeling Up His Transgender Relative

david o russell charges dropped

We REALLY hope this is the last time we hear about David engaging in such deplorable behavior!

Earlier today, we heard that The Fighter director David O. Russell was questioned by police for feeling up his pre-op transgender relative Nicholas Peloquin.

Now, a rep for the Broward County Sheriff's Office in Florida has announced that David won't be charged with anything over the incident.

Here's why he'll get off the hook, according to the rep:

"…Because it's an allegation of simple battery that was not witnessed by law enforcement."

Peloquin COULD still bring the case to the State's Attorney…but it's looking like that probably won't happen at this point.

David should feel VERY lucky that he's not getting in trouble for this…although it's certainly going to hurt his reputation. We'll definitely think twice before we go see his upcoming movies Nailed and The Silver Linings Playbook.

What do U think? Should David O. Russell be punished for his actions???

How can I know if he should be punished if I don't even know what really happened? As far as I know, nobody here was in the room while this was going on.

  2. 2

    Maybe they're "feeling cousins".

  3. 3

    what a bunch of BS

  4. 4

Why is it that you automatically side with the tranny? Usually the mentally deranged are lying, not the normal guy.

  5. 5

So the non-blood related niece lets the man touch him, does not say no once, and then afterwords feels uncomfortable so the man needs to be punished? THank god you don't serve on juries.

  6. 6

A lesson as long as no one see's it it never happened. Nice.

Nicholas Peloquin sounds like a real bitch. This seems like entrapment for money. Also, they are not related by blood.

  8. 8

Nice logic. If nobody saw a murder commited, does that mean it never happened?

This story is absolutely absurd. 1 person claims (way after the fact) that another person touched them and "made them uncomfortable" but they never said anything about what was happening when it happened. BTW this pre-op transgender (as you seem to love to point out for some reason) is over the legal age. Maybe if this person was a minor, we'd be more appalled. Seems like a slow news day to me if your in a tizzy over this. Must be because it has someone in the LGBT community involved. Why the hell do I still come onto this site?

This one is annoying now, constantly contradictory statements, so many "here's my point of view, even though it's ridiculous" and so much "lets side on this person because they're part of the LGBT community" good grief.

Fuck you homo! You are shit. You take the side of someone who is probably lying for publicity just for the sake he/she..it is a gay fucking tard. Fuck you shit head!

The complete lack of objectivity Perez displays here is concerning. Whether or not anything DID happen, these are extremely early allegations that don't yet deserve an absolute stamp of 'he's a hideous person and that's that'. Other news sites are reporting this story objectively and not placing accusatory fingers at either party. And I have more respect for those sites for doing so. You have a lot of followers Perez, and blind commentary (like yours here) can be dangerous. Take the time to be informed before you pass judgement. That seems to be a theme of yours so I'm surprised you're so selective in the way you follow it. Whatever the outcome of these allegations may be (and I'm not yet convinced one way or the other), I would at least try to get a thorough understanding of the facts involved before I go calling someone a pervert and insinuating that people should think twice about seeing their movies. That's a serious allegation that could be extremely damaging to a person's life. I thought you were smarter than this Perez.

He did not get charged because there was no validity to the accusations people

Hey, just because the authorities have decided they don't have enough evidence to make a criminal case doesn't mean that the alleged victim is left without recourse. If she is confident about the facts of her story, she can always sue him in civil court and let a jury decide who is telling the truth. Of course, if this is an attempt at a "money grab", which I suspect, she would be well advised to be extremely careful as the ramifications of false accusations can be serious.

I just want to say I am addicted to perezhilton site and I know all of you are too well i don't understand why So many of you write mean comments towards this site and directed towards Perez. Grow the fuck up and find something else to do then critized this site and everything in and about Perez being gay. It's so annoying and if you are coming on this to write something then you obviously like it so fuck off write something about the story, By the way i think Perez is doing damn fine!! So i guess all those molestation and rape stories can be thrown out the window than right? Since law enforcement didn't witness most if any of them… Dumb ass Florida -_-
