Nice to see they were able to work everything out so quickly!
Last week, Keith Olbermann released a statement in which he expressed his anger with his network Current TV over GOP Primary/Caucus coverage. Here's what he said:
"I was not given a legitimate opportunity to host under acceptable conditions. They know it and we know it. Telling half the story is wrong."
In response, Current TV president David Bohrman claimed that they wanted Keith to host Primary/Caucus coverage…but he had declined the offer.
Now, we've learned that Keith and Current TV have worked out their shiz, and Olbermann WILL host election coverage following the New Hampshire primary.
Here's what Keith tweeted about it:
"I'm pleased to tell you that I'll be running the election coverage on Current, after New Hampshire. Not sure GOP will share my satisfaction."
And here's what a Current TV spokesperson had to say about it:
"Keith has indicated that he will do upcoming special election coverage. We certainly hope that he does. We're looking forward to it."
Great! Sounds like it should be smooth sailing from here on out….until someone at the network looks at Keith the wrong way and he releases an angry statement about it! Ha!
Will U tune in for Keith Olbermann's election coverage on Current TV?
