So we know Robert Wagner had to have been sooo relieved when the police said they didn't find anything new in the reopened Natalie Wood case.
Like, seriously, he probably literally relieved himself, LOL! Cuz innocent or not, it'd be hard NOT to be paranoid in his situation.
But it doesn't look like it's completely over just yet. A rep for the boat captain, Rick Kramer, is suggesting something fishy:
We don't know that there's nothing new that's been found. That would be assuming that detectives in any situation report to the public on everything they uncover.
What [the captain knows] is that for the first time ever there is a serious investigation by detectives in the homicide division into Natalie Woods' death, and that is very gratifying.
Hmm… wellll…. let's pretend this IS true…. we've watched enough crime drama to know this is only to further investigation without potential public and/or private interference.
Either way, we still get super sad whenever we think of poor Natalie. Sigh..
