Avatar 2 Won't Be Coming Anytime Soon, Release Pushed Back To 2016!
Let's just hope the world really DOESN'T end in December.
James Cameron announced that he's doing Avatar 2 and 3 and 4,5,6,7,and 8 and production was set for 2014.
Now, that time frame is looking grim.
Producer Jon Landau revealed that production won't start until 2015 with a Christmas 2015 release as the earliest possible chance we will be able to Pocahantas Avatar 2.
Avatar 3 is still set to be released a year later and Cameron wants to bump the frame speed of both flicks to a whopping 60 frames per second.
As a reference, movies are normally shot a 24 fps.
We guess are lust for blue aliens will have to wait a bit longer…
