Sad! Sinead O'Conner Tried To Kill Herself Before (And After) She Took To Twitter For Help
This is just so disheartening. We don't know what is going on with her, but we hope she gets all the help she so desperately needs soon.
This week, Sinead O'Conner was the focus of media scrutiny again after she took to her Twitter page with a long, terrifying plea for help from her followers. She reached out in hopes of find a psychiatrist as she allude she was in "serious danger" without her medication.
Turns out, things were far worse than anyone thought. When Sinead went to the hospital for her ankle injury last week, she nearly killed herself by overdosing on pills. Two days later, the day of Twitter pleas, she tried to do it again.
Omg. Poor thing. To want to hurt yourself like that … she must be in a lot of pain.

Kind of hard to believe this is the same woman who released THE LION AND THE COBRA, an album I obsessed over and hold in high regards as one of the best debut albums, if not one of the best albums of all time. Hope she gets well.
Sounds like she is in a real tail spin. I hope she can pull out of it. She is one of the most authentic artists out there. I love her work, and I love that she was always true to herself and put the music first, instead of bending to what would sell. Please get well.

She's actually very beautiful with her long. Have you ever seen the pictures or videos of her with hair? It's a gorgeous, raven black! But she was so dead set against being pitted as a pretty pop star by her record company, that she shaved her head in defiance. I know mental illness is real, but damn, she's so fucking talented and she doesn't even know it.
