Mark Wahlberg: He Doesn't Jerk It, He Cried During The Help And He Would've Kicked Some Tail On 9/11 Planes

Mark Wahlberg isn't afraid to flex the guns!

While the movie star says he is fortunate that he flew out of Boston to Toronto a week before 9/11, he did say that IF he was onboard, things would have gone a bit differently.

If I was on that plane with my kids, it wouldn’t have went down like it did. There would have been a lot of blood in that first-class cabin and then me saying, ‘OK, we’re going to land somewhere safely, don’t worry.

Big words coming from Wahlberg.

But while he isn't plotting his plan against terrorists, Wahlberg revealed that he has changed his ways from his past, especially his Marky Mark past.

Now, he isn't afraid to admit he "cried six or seven times during The Help."

He claims his wife picked out the flick but he doesn't have to hide the truth from us!

And now that he has a family and new found faith, he won't be jacking it anytime soon.

I don't get down with jerking off, dude. Look. I don't believe in everything that the church says. I try to do the right thing. I lead a clean and pure life. I'm a married guy. I have a beautiful wife.

Sex is not the most important thing to me, being horny all the time, spanking the — I mean, it's not against the law. You can do whatever you want. And it's not like, 'I shouldn't do it because of my faith. I'm just not really that into it that much anyway

Amazing stuff there, Mark.

What a genius! I hope he gets the chance to prove what he's saying real soon! Hopefully on the way back home.

What a douchebag. Everyone knows that one guy who always claims it would have been different if HE had been there. They're usually the guy with 3 day stubble in the corner of the bar - the one who claims he invented recycling.

I hate when people say shit like this. I was robbed at work one night, tied up and held there at knife point for an hour and the ONLY thing people kept saying after was "if that was me I would've kicked him in the nuts and then knocked him unconscious." You NEVER know what you will do until you are actually in the situation. I might've thought the same thing, but when I was in the situation I pretty much just blacked out. Ugh people can be SO sanctimonious. I bet if MW was on one of those planes he would've pissed his pants and cried.

He made himself sound like a dumb f*** based on that 9/11 comment.

I USED to enjoy this guy, I thought he had become one of the "GOOD" one, apparently I was wrong. He is an unmitigated asshole, and delusional as hell. Egotistical PIG fucker. His apology is worthless. One of thosee "i'm sorry if I offended anyone" type. NOT sorry about what I said just sorry if you didn't like it. Guessing his PR flack got on the phone real quick and ordered the BS apology

Yeah that's what everyone says would happen if they were ever in that situation..yeah ok Mark.

What more could anyone expect from Marky Mark?! Total douchebag…

How utterly disrepectful to the people that died and the people they left behind. He wouldn't have been aware what was happening, or that the planes were going to crash. Another big mouthed celebrity with hot air where a brain should be.

He should repeat those comments in front of every man woman and child that lost a family member and see how respected he is for saying it. Absolute joke

gosh if only mark wahlberg would have been on flight 93 maybe things would have turned out differently. he is such a he-man after all.
how disrespectful to the loved ones who lost family and friends on that plane.

I bet Marky Mark would have kicked some ass!

Re: Moxietron1 – That's very true, and I'm sorry for what happened to you–BUT there are some people who can handle themselves under pressure and most celebrities are pretty capable just based on their lifestyles and everyday experiences alone.

Re: Manda756 – Hahahahahaha! Made my day.

Re: Manda756 – I see what you're saying, of course there are some people who can handle themselves under this type of pressure and might actually be able to kick ass in those types of situations but again, there's no way to know until you're in the situation. You could be 200 pounds of pure muscle and a black belt in karate but still, if you haven't been put into that type of situation before you could react entirely differently. I mean, I'm good under pressure, and I never in a million years would think i would LITERALLY black out and lose 10 minutes of time where I have NO idea what I did (which by the way is only one potential physical response that can't be controlled no matter how strong or resourseful you are) but I did nonetheless. And being an actor does not make you more capable to deal with this type of stress or handle this kind of pressure. I mean there's being under pressure and then there's "oh my god there are a bunch of people with with explosives here and I could very well die" stress, and I'm pretty sure even tough guy Marky Mark has never experienced anything near what the people on those planes did. So ya, I think its pretty stupid of him to say it would have happened differently had he been there.

I understand both him and those who may react negatively towards his comment.
