Woman Sues Disney For Getting Too Naughty With Her Buttocks!

| Filed under: Icky Icky PooLegal MattersDisney

Someone got a bit too handsy at Disneyland!

Kellie Rodriguez is suing Disney, claiming that she was RELENTLESSLY spanked over and over while at a taping of Good Luck Charlie on December 22, 2011.

She claims the warm-up guy, Ron Pearson, was eyeing her when she came onto the set and selected her to dance in a competition.

While she was dancing, Pearson smacked her butt repeatedly until Rodriguez turned around and demanded he stop the spanking.

Pearson then requested a cheek kiss but turned his head at the last second and got some unwanted lip action.

The worst part, she didn't win AND she was kissed in front of her kids!

Rodriguez says he children asked her "Why did that man kiss you?" humiliating her and confusing her kids.

The plantiff is suing the company for unspecified damages.

And here we thought Disney was family friendly…such a shame…

He sounds like a perv. Wonder if he has a perv record? Might be worth checking into.

  2. 2

So why didn't she walk off the set after the first butt slap?

Ron Pearson is funny and completely harmless! This person is just trying to get money out of Disney and/or Ron Pearson just like the people that sued McDonalds for having "hot" coffee. This is all coming from a person who has seen Ron Pearson on multiple occasions and my husband and sister in law have both been in that dance competition and both been "kissed" and it was hilarious! You know you can always say no when you are invited on stage! Stupid people ruin it for everyone!
