Richard Franco, the creep who was found scaling the wall around Halle Berry's house, has been sentenced to 386 days in jail, five years probation, and one year in counseling.
Not only that but Halle got the three year restraining order extended to a fat TEN years!! You go gurl.
Since he's already spent half his sentence behind bars awaiting his trial, he'll only be locked up for 193 more days. But still… better than nothin!!
When are these creeps gonna learn? Totes not okay to stalk a celebrity!!
