Good! We've gotten all the images out of the way; now let's get to some more clips!!!

This morning, Lionsgate released their final promotional poster for their high-anticipatd flick, The Hunger Games. Featuring a very serious Katniss Everdeen (as played by Jennifer Lawrence) in the heat of battle, prepare to see this one gracing every major billboard, bus, movie house, website, etc in a little over a month.

It's getting very exciting, isn't it? We're getting so close to seeing how Suzanne Collins vision will translate onto screen. So far, from what we've seen in the trailer, we don't think we're going to be disappointed.

U like what U'VE seen so far?

    SO excited!!!!!!!!!!

I'm excited for the movie, but everything I've seen so far is too "clean" looking. Katniss in a ton of makeup? Never!

I am really getting excited about this movie! I can't wait. I think they made a good choice with Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss.

Books were great even if they were written for "young adult" so I hope that the movie can be at least half as good.

Re: GravitysAngel – What are you talking about? 90% of the stuff anyone has seen is Katniss in the Capitol where she wore makeup. This poster has obviously been cleaned up because it is a picture on a poster.

looks positively fantastic… I think it will be a brilliant interpretation of the book. The trilogy is incredible. Love the cast - its spot on. Jennifer Lawrence's role in Winter's Bone (which was excellent) surely helped her win this. She will be perfect. Am also loving Josh Hutcherson (from the Kids are Alright) as Peeta.

Love love LOVE the books & can't can't CAN'T wait for the movie!! Here's hoping that it's not all ruined like that OTHER book-to-movie series, and instead marketed MUCH LESS to the tween market…..
