Twitter To Begin Blocking Content In Certain Countries!
This is getting very, very scary.
In a shocking move that proves that it is far more interested in corporate relations than it is freedom of expression, Twitter's company officials have announced that they will voluntarily restrict content in specific countries that have limits on what their people are allowed to read!
In a message posted today, they write:
"As we continue to grow internationally, we will enter countries that have different ideas about the contours of freedom of expression. Starting today, we give ourselves the ability to reactively withhold content from users in a specific country while keeping it available in the rest of the world."
We hope that this is a very sobering reminder for people that basic human rights, including those that allow us to think, speak, and express any way we want, can be taken away without warning at any moment, which is why we must continue to stay INFORMED and FIGHT for we believe in when our freedom is threatened!
Twitter should be ashamed of itself.

Perez, you are CONSTANTLY demanding to censor what a person says if he or she has a differing opinion than yours. Either that or you are demanding apologies all over the place..
