Jersey Shore's 'The Unit' Pleads NOT GUILTY On Drug Possession Charge!

Can't say we're entirely surprised that he pleaded 'Not Guilty!' 3-5 years in jail is a LOOONG time!
Earlier this month, we learned that Jersey Shore's Jonathan "The Unit" Manfre had been indicted for 3rd degree felony possession of horse tranquilizer drug Ketamine back in July.
Now, we're hearing that The Unit has pleaded 'Not Guilty' to the felony charge.
Here's what his lawyer Raymond Raya had to say about it:
"There were some issues regarding my client's constitutional rights."
"We entered the not guilty plea NOT because that's the normal thing to do…we actually entered the not guilty plea because we believe that based on those issues, John is not guilty."
"We expect a very favorable outcome."
Sounds to us like The Unit is going to get off on a technicality. We'll keep ya posted!
What do U think? Is Unit going to walk away from this whole thing???
