James Cameron just purchased some farmland outside New Zealand's capital and some believe it is for something EPIC.
The director currently resides in the Bu and they plan to stay in Kiwi Land "indefinitely."
The 2,500 acres of farmland is close to Peter Jackson's estate, who is currently filming The Hobbit, so rumors are floating around that parts of Avatar 2 and 3 may be filmed in the area.
Cameron paid a whopping $16.7 million for the land.
That's a lot of sheep! But we think he's got something bigger in mind than farming.
