Dance is quickly becoming a more popular music genre but it's kind of like Rodney Dangerfield.

It takes a while before it gets some respect!

The 2012 Grammys will be the first show that features a music segment from the dance genre.

So who will represent the dance genre?! Deadmau5 and David Guetta!

Deadmau5 will play his remix of the Foo Fighters' Rope, along with Dave Grohl and the band itself. Guetta will have Lil' Wayne and Chris Brown backing him up as the two acts pump up the crowd.

The dance genre will be so intense that the acts will be performing OUTSIDE of the Staples Center in a tent for 1,000 people!

This promises to be one of the biggest Grammy nights eva!

We can't wait to see these performances!!!

I am very happy that the Grammy's are finally showing its appreciation for the only creative and artistic genre of music.
